Given T211800: Resolve ambiguity of entity ID prefixes used on Commons. and possibly other blockers to this, let's have an explicit task for this.

I think this can be closed, MediaInfo access from wikitext is working these days – for instance, I recently updated Template:Lingua Libre record to read several statements from the file’s structured data.
