Steps to Reproduce:

On your newcomer homepage, ask a question via the mentorship module or help module. Then go to the question and revert the edit that put that it there. Go back to the homepage and observe that the question is archived. Now return to the page where the question was and revert the revert, putting the question back on the page. Go back to the homepage and observe that the question is still archived.

Actual Results:

The question remains archived even though it is live on the page where it was asked.

Expected Results:

The question goes back to not being archived.

Note: it is not important to fix this before the May 2 release.
