WikimediaOCR is in the Wikisource extension, which doesn't seem to already have a tracking task.
RealtimePreview is in the WikiEditor extension, which is done: T332436: Update WikiEditor for IP masking

AFAICT the only open subtask here is T329769: IP Masking (CommTech): ArticleCreationWorkflow which has a merged task, so perhaps it is done?

The only other thing I can think of is the multi-blocks work, which I believe should "just work" with temp accounts, but might be worth verifying that as you're building it out.
