Pagetools: 2017 wikitext editor preview broken

Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

  • Similar to the issue with the contributions page, the preview of the wikitext 2017 editor also suffers from a layout issue.
  • There is a big empty column on the left, caused by the insertion of the h1 firstHeading. in the dialog.

What happens?:

I guess this is... better? (should've checked on a wider screen) I'll see what we can do to improve it.

This is what I'm seeing today in Safari/macOS at enwiki.

I don't know whether it makes more sense to show full width (like "I" will see it) or narrow width (like "readers" will see it). It's always tempting to arrange the page/images so that it looks good on my screen, without remembering that other people will see it with a different screen size/font size/screen resolution.
