This apparently breaks quite a lot of workflows on English Wikinews.

It looks like redirects existed for Bugzilla, so I guess you could call this a regression.

Replacing the entries in the installer's licence selector with 4.0 instead of 3.0 is probably not a good idea for now. CC 4.0 is incompatible with 3.0 -- as we probably don't want want to preclude users copying things from Wikipedia to their own wikis (and back), it's probably best to stay with 3.0 for now. Adding both versions to the selector would probably be too confusing.

The Doxygen information seems sufficient as it is. I've added the documentation to a couple of places on MediaWiki.org; not sure there's anywhere else appropriate.

No deprecated classes are in $globalSettings of ExtensionProcessor.

As @Krenair mentions on the Gerrit patch set, "< 2004" isn't useful outside of WMF. Any further suggestions?

Could you clarify the prices on the introduction page? There's been some confusion (e.g.T88743#1073431) as to how many nights (and which) the price includes.

This doesn't look like it's easy to do without hacking the source, which I'm guessing we're resistant to; Phabricator opts for the sentence-as-key version of i18n, and the phrase "None" is reused nineteen times in the code, so we wouldn't be able to do the equivalent of editing the MediaWiki namespace.

The MediaWiki equivalent of this task is T28470, which resulted in this code being added to skins/common/shared.css:
