Relation to department goals

This task tracks the Better Use of Data working group's Q3 work for KR1 of its FY 2020-2021 OKR.

Objective: Foundation staff can better access and interpret production user data to identify areas of opportunity and make data-informed decisions to advance our MTP.
KR1: Evaluate efficacy and resolve technical issues in MEP backend and clients (by end of Q2) ...

Description

This task tracks the work required to move the MEP clients out of "beta" status and into full release. This probably includes things like

Platform coverage (MW JS, MW PHP, iOS, Android)
Documentation
End-to-end usability
Software tests
Monitoring and alerting dashboards
Stream configuration deployment process
Schema change process
QA process
Review of licenses, READMEs, code style and comments

But also the completion of any features that are deemed necessary in order to finish the release product.
