We need to check on the following wikis, since they require VE activation:

• T287878: Deploy Growth features on Kazakh Wikipedia (moved from a previous sprint)
• T287884: Deploy Growth features on Chinese Wikipedia (from a former group)

Processes

Before June 2021

1. A ticket is created for each wiki, with the configuration needed (links, templates, translations)
2. The features are deployed in a way that only users who enable them in their preferences can see them
3. The community is informed about the upcoming deployment, and is invited to 1/ check on translations and 2/ check the configuration
4. Features are deployed two weeks after the announcement if no major blocker is identified (following Wikimedia Product Guidance definitions).

Starting June 2021

1. The configuration for each wiki is locally created, based on T284072, and is available at Special:EditGrowthConfig
2. The features are deployed in a way that only users who enable them in their preferences can see them
3. The community is informed about the upcoming deployment using MassMassage, and is invited to 1/ check on translations and 2/ check the configuration. Fedback has to be reported at [[mw:Talk:Growth]].
4. Features are deployed two weeks after the announcement if no major blocker is reported (following Wikimedia Product Guidance definitions).
