A lot of these tasks might be subsumed between the search support in T365311 and changing WikiEditor to point to the new search interface T372171 .

Tracking-Neverending notes this task as being better suited for conversion to a workboard column. I can't create columns, but as I've been maintaining moving the closed tasks over, I can help with the migration. I also noted many tasks related to the link insertion dialog, so perhaps each dialog (or dialogs overall) could have a column?
