This MediaWiki Train Deployment is scheduled for the week of Monday, July 16th:

Monday July 16th	Tuesday, July 17th	Wednesday, July 18th	Thursday, July 19th	Friday
Backports only.	Branch `wmf.13` and deploy to Group 0 Wikis.	Deploy `wmf.13` to Group 1 Wikis.	Deploy `wmf.13` to all Wikis.	No deployments on fridays

According to task description:

I am not moving forward with train because there are two open subtasks.

For T199983 there is a fix in place that allows to move on with the train (in the light of that bug). The task stays open for now, though. How should this marked here? Remove T199983 as the subtask?
