This MediaWiki Train Deployment is scheduled for the week of Monday, February 14th:

I went to push wmf.22 on all wikis since I have missed this task has been added as a blocker. Then as @TTO mentioned on T301936#7717308, Wikipedias project do not have a wikipedia: interwiki so it is hardly a change compared to wednesday situation.

Essentially wmf.22 broke the wikipedia: interwikis or maybe it is due to the interwiki configuration being broken. To be investigated. For now I am keeping wmf.22 deployed everywhere.
