This MediaWiki Train Deployment is scheduled for the week of Monday, February 28th:

Backports only.	Branch `wmf.24` and deploy to Group 0 Wikis.	Deploy `wmf.24` to Group 1 Wikis.	Deploy `wmf.24` to all Wikis.	No deployments on fridays

Seems stable on all wikis at end-of-workday. Optimistically resolving.

Seems like T303175: Error 1062 from Flow\Data\Storage\RevisionStorage::insert, {error} {sql1line} {db_server} was caused during the rollout of wmf.24.
