Risky Patch! 🚂🔥

We'll enable a new GrowthExperiments feature (user impact statistics on Special:Homepage) shortly after the train on Thursday (in stealth mode; user-visible deployment will happen next week); see the end of the description of T222310: [EPIC] Positive reinforcement: New Impact Module for the deployment plan. Between wmf.10 and wmf.12, we changed a job definition in a backwards-incompatible way. This shouldn't be a problem because the feature is not enabled yet so there aren't any jobs being queued; however if the train is rolled back after Thursday, the jobs will break. This is completely harmless other than the logspam, and can be ignored; I'm only leaving this note to prevent potential confusion. The job name is refreshUserImpactJob.
