Yes, it was probably a temporary glitch as the image is now listed as used on plwiki in the GlobalUsage section.

Without template, when just invoking using

in my sandbox, it gets listed just as expected.

Created WMSE-Communication

I like to join Project-Admins to be able to setup projects for Wikimedia Sverige, following this discussion. We will use the prefix WMSE for the projects we setup that are related for us. We will start with just one project WMSE-Communication which is where we have most dire need to be able to collaborate better. If that works out well, we will probably add more projects, beginning with our larger ones.

@Elitre that looks much more like what I would have expected.
