ArticleCreationWorkflow isn't useful without disabling account creation from some groups, which is very likely to be declined per https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Limits_to_configuration_changes#Changes_that_need_to_meet_specific_criteria. I will be working on the expedited instrumentation portion this week. My understanding is we need 2 weeks - 1 week to build, and 1 week to gather some baseline data, so November 8th would not give us that.

@Amire80: Has your local on-wiki community already acquired the consensus for this change? If so, you could provide the link to this consensus, as it will be needed. And you will still need Wordmark in your language on Commons (Not necessarily hosted on Commons, I need the SVG of this Wordmark).

I understand the situation, the namespace was created by the aforementioned task, but the developer did not put "Appendix:" and "Appendix_talk:" as aliases for this namespace. This problem I can resolve.
