Please also send to rmaung@wikimedia.org and aigumenshcheva@wikimedia.org, if we are not too late! Thank you!!

Hi all-- I don't have an existing list, and if no one else has one I would guess this group can put together something pretty comprehensive asynchronously?
Jan 31 2024
What are our next steps here? Is there something else we need to do on our end or is it up to the Clinic SRE now?
Jan 30 2024
Thank you @Dzahn -- this would be a shell account with Kerberos.
Oops, or @ABran-WMF

I approve!

@Arinaigu can you add analytics-privatedata-users to "Requested group membership"

@KEchavarriqueen no, Ilana just resolved one of the sub-tasks. If you look at the "related objects" list above you can see the outstanding tasks/in-progress tasks within the epic. I believe the team is about to start a testing phase.

@gonyeahialam just to flag (and I think this is a mistake that originated with me) the grant ID has an extra digit (so the copy would read "For example, if your grant ID is G-1111-11111, please enter 1111-11111." @cmelo can you confirm?
Oct 9 2023
Hi all-- for MVP purposes the numbers are fine. As long as we specify to grantees that we want the last 8 digits and show an example in the the text, we are fine.
Oct 4 2023
If either, the Add ltr. But I wouldn't say either icon would have much recognition/relation to Wikimedia grants among grantees. The WMF logo might make more sense/be more recognizable as these are WMF-specific funds.
Oct 3 2023
On this meta page for grants you can view the icons currently used-- I think it would make sense to mirror the one used for the grantee portal ("Add ltr") but if that presents an issue I think the star would be a safe choice.
Sep 25 2023
@gonyeahialam I can't speak to the AC; but Grant ID does have a fixed format of letters (L) and numbers (N): [L-LL-NNNN-NNNN], for example: G-RF-1201-3302

@mpopov: Yes, we would be the first point of contact for evaluating CG work like this. :)

Hello! I have been issued a new laptop, and now I'm not sure how to set up production access once again. Do I need to provide a new ssh public key? Or open another phab ticket?

@nshahquinn-wmf -- awesome! I will lookout for the population counts. Thanks so much for the update!
Hi @nshahquinn-wmf! Please let me know if there's any more information you need from me-- I can turn around the sample size request for each group as soon as we have population sizes. I'm unsure of the timeframe for the actual sample pull once I get you final sample numbers, so I just want to make sure you have everything you need from me!

@nshahquinn-wmf, yes, that is the preference we're interested in!
Apr 16 2020
@nshahquinn-wmf, Thank you! As I only have a WMF account and don't see that option, I'm following up with Legal now to make sure this was the option we had discussed. I'll let you know here as soon as I hear back!

@Trizek-WMF, we are around 40% of our response goal, so it would be great to keep recruiting participants!
Sep 17 2019
Thank you @Trizek-WMF !
Sep 16 2019
@Trizek-WMF The banner wording in the task description looks great. The survey is live through October 31, so that would be a good end date.

@Trizek-WMF I just sent an email with the one user who offered to make corrections. I do have access to that list, yes!
@Trizek-WMF sorry if I'm not readying this task right-- what specifically are you looking for input on?
Sep 11 2019
@Trizek-WMF We had intended to keep the original deadline for the proofreading (August 23), but with the feedback we are getting about the un-reviewed translations (German, Polish, and Chinese seem to be particularly bad but I imagine I'll hear more about others) I do think we should keep the proofreading open and more actively ask translators with those language capacities for help. Some users with complaints about the translation quality had asked to help, so I will be sharing the review document with them as well. I can make changes as they come in while the survey is still live.
Sep 10 2019
Awesome-- thank you all! I'm resending the failed messages and haven't had an issue yet today.
Sep 9 2019
Is there a way to know whether those messages will ever show up, or should I attempt to send again?
Aug 27 2019
- Nevermind, just saw your message!* @MNeisler could you copy me on that email too?
Aug 21 2019
Thank you @Elitre ! While some community members will receive a link to the survey via email (movement leaders and affiliate representatives), contributors will get a link to the survey via massmessage. These are currently being translated. I have MassMessage rights and an open request to ca@wikimedia.org for TranslationAdmin rights. Are there other rights I'll need to request?
Aug 19 2019
I have reviewed those pages, but I'm still a bit unclear on the process and code. I met with Sherry earlier today and she recommended that I open a ticket here so that someone from Community Relations could walk through it with me. I'll be using it to distribute the CI survey to many different user lists and it's important that I get it right.
Aug 7 2019
@Trizek-WMF I will take a look at the comms doc this week.
Jul 31 2019
@Trizek-WMF We have confirmation that translation has been started by Qualtrics, and they anticipate that it should be complete by early next week (Hurray!). That will give me enough time to move all the translated items into the spreadsheet by 9 August (Friday of next week), which will keep us on the timeline we were hoping for. Let me know if this timeline still makes sense on your side!
It does look like a duplicate, though it looks like this ticket was stalled in April so I'm not sure if any progress was made that would affect T228548. Theoretically, the CI survey should change far less in the future, and we should have (1) a solid translation of each language version and (2) the information we need for a glossary following completion of T228548. Apologies if I'm misunderstanding the point, but if your question @Qgil is whether this ticket can be closed, then from my perspective yes it can!
Jul 29 2019
@Trizek-WMF I like that format, I'll update the sheet!
Jul 25 2019
@Trizek-WMF, I agree that we need a workflow! I'm working on a similar spreadsheet for the 2019 survey translations to make these processes clear.
Jul 20 2019
No worries, I appreciate it!
Thanks for the tip--I'll update that user page!
Jul 19 2019
We does refer to L&E, this is my user page but I have not been able to get a MediaWiki account linked to that global login (I have the same email that I did when I set this one up as an intern). I'm trying to figure it out, sorry for any confusion.
Jun 6 2019
I'm in, thanks so much for your help!
May 31 2019
@Aklapper yes, I meant WMF! Sorry about that.
