It's sort of complicated where to link to in the completely generic messages that're supposed to work for all projects / third-parties, because there's not some automatic page on every local wiki that works for it. I updated more information. Since it is impossible to setup the election within two days, I changed the timeline to "Late May / June" and will discuss with the local community.

At present, since the Chinese Wikipedia has a gadget of increasing font size, the gadget would override this font size options and it would not work. Also, Japanese Wikipedia has similar gadget.

Just for note. The reason of cannot vote is that only the poll on the votewiki was extended, but the local one did not extended. Therefore, users cannot follow Special:SecurePoll link on the local wiki to vote. Thanks.
