Description

@Daimona is officially one of the AbuseFilter maintainers, but they do much more than that. Most recently they refactored the phan-taint-check-plugin that does PHP security static analysis to get it to work with a newer version of phan, and then helped oversee the rollout of it. I am always impressed with their attention to detail and perseverance (see ex: T209565).
