@alexhollender_WMF Sorry, i didn't noticed you replied here. The difference is only visible when you zoom in using tools e.g. Inkscape. Yes, the differences is so tiny, i think we can leave it as is, no need to do anything.

@Bosogo as a quick fix for ky.wikipedia.org it's possible to switch back to text for this logo (by removing this line https://github.com/wikimedia/operations-mediawiki-config/blob/master/logos/config.yaml#L905) if that's preferable. Anyone can do that without Alex's involvement. This week is a US holiday week, so we're more stretched for time than usual :-(.

A user of frwikinews is asking for you to update frwikinews logo for Vector 2022: the text is actually too small. Note: ptwikinews and plwikinews are already using Vector 2022 by default, but their logos are different. What standard will be adopted?

Any updates on this? It’s been six months since this task was created. And the issue seems to affect not only Vector-2022 but also Minerva, which is default on all wikis when using the mobile domain, so mobile users have been seeing either potentially incorrect wordmarks (if there’s a projectwide wordmark defined: Wikibooks, Wikipedia, Wikiquote, Wiktionary, Wikivoyage), or the plain project name instead of the wordmark (other projects, i.e. Wikinews, Wikisource and Wikiversity) for at least half a year now.

Hi, Italian Wiktionary users asked for an updated logo, which has been done with the task T329168. However, actually, the logo is not complete, it is missing the translation of the payoff "the free dictionary": "Il dizionario libero".

I'm aiming to close out this EPIC in sprint 1.
We are down to 42 projects.

After today's deploy all projects have wordmarks/icons that more or less match between Vector and Vector 2022 skins. There are 2 exceptions

1. blkwiktionary (hope to fix this tomorrow) T341257#9255659
2. gotwiki (T341253) - I'm unclear if that's a blocker for closing out this epic. @ovasileva is it?

Note, several taglines have not been ported over to the new skin. This will now be considered outside the scope of this epic (T349036).

Hi @Jdlrobson, why logos of it.wikinews and fr.wikinews are still so differents?

@Patafisik I'm not sure exactly what you mean but if there is a problem with either of those logos you can raise a new ticket to get it changed (this task was about making sure the images exist but not checking they were suitable). Hope this is helpful!
