Description

See the tasks available at the Education-Program-Dashboard workboard, under the "i18n and multi-project support" column.

If claiming a task, cross list with the Education-Collab project.

The dashboard's interface supports basic i18n and translations are welcomed on translatewiki.net. Surely some RTL issues remain.

The bulk of the remaining work is actually in supporting multi-project use cases. The dashboard makes deep design assumptions that users only work on articles from one target language and wiki, so a bilingual class for example will not be able to work on their two target languages' articles using the same dashboard until we fix this issue.

We should figure out user requirements before the multi-project feature is complete, and answer these open questions, among others:

How should we organize monolingual and multilingual courses? Do we display all courses in one list, or do we provide a level of filtering by language? Should this list of courses remain on-wiki or the dashboard given authority?
