Note that storing all threads, or all messages of a thread, on a single slot, will make conflict resolution harder, depending on how the edit is handled (2 or more users adding or editing comments of the same thread)

FTR, given that there are lots of patches bound to this task, the only missing ones are https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/mediawiki/extensions/AbuseFilter/+/455871/ and https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/mediawiki/extensions/AbuseFilter/+/473456/; It'll take some time to update the second.

Since my patch fixes the same error also for another project, i recommend abandoning Tulsi's patch in favour of mine. Also closed this as a dupe of T223039, since both are about the same thing.

Suggestions are better than before, but I think a review should be done to see what is still open and what could be improved further.
