Description

WikiPage calls various hooks when performing edits. The new page update code needs to provide new hooks points that expose the MCR capabilities to extensions.

NOTE: this should probably be pushed back until the MCR related interfaces have stabelize with respect to the handling of ParserOutput and DataUpdates.
