Rename wtp* servers to parse* (Parsoid PHP servers)

Description

With the opportunity of our codfw refresh, and that our eqiad parsoid servers need to be reimaged, we are proposing to rename the servers from wtp* to parsoid*, given that the wtp prefix is a bit confusing.

All of our codfw servers will be decommissioned, but the eqiad ones need to be renamed and reimaged. Apart from changing names, the servers need to be reimaged so to remove and js leftovers from the previous version of parsoid

The codfw part of this is done meanwhile. There are only parse2* but no wtp2*. (T247441 and others)

The eqiad part though is still left to do. wtp1* need to be renamed.

Since we will be moving mediawiki to k8s relatively soon, I am not sure if it is worth the hassle at this point. My opinion is to leave things as they are for now.
