Description

Unnecessary tags appear in translations.

Sometimes they have cx-segment elements, and sometimes it's for other reasons.

There are many issues that cause it, so this is a tracker.

We had addressed this in the past and there is no reproducible cases as we know now. Closing this migrated story now, we can open a new task when we see a case.
