In https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/, the new user links of modern Vector also don't seem to have #pt-userpage.

Honestly, the language filters would not be applied to the wiki I involved in because the wiki is multilingual at least on the main page and the wiki is willing to have a very long execution time as a cronjob. If the language filter is added, I would use it personally for testing as the long execution time is undesirable for tests. On the other hand about the backporting, I love backporting but it is also true that waiting for the next release for translation updates is slower than LocalisitionUpdate.

REL1_32 is now EOL and REL1_31 will soon be EOL.[1] Will this make this task resolved?

Scoping language could be helpful for monolingual wikis... though this task does not cover it.

FYI: I have created a new ticket T283779 instead of this.
could it be a duplicate of T218249 or vice versa?

correction: The warning seems to be for "Creating tables, step one". The error is thrown in step two.

Something I think now is there are so many analytics services in the world and PageViewInfo can't be responsible for all analytics services.
It is much proper to provide a general interface or a hook for the third-party developers who want to implement the analytics service they want to use.

MediaWiki 1.35 was released in 25 September 2020 already. The title of the task should be reworded?
Isn't this ticket outdated?

Something to know: DWIM gadget on hewiki or ruwiki is using each character to character 1:1 mapping, but it cannot be applied to all languages. When I typed eogksalsrnr(11 characters) on Google while using QWERTY layout, which would be "대한민국"(4 characters) if the Korean layout was selected, It shows results for "대한민국". More Korean examples: dkrl → "아기" (2 characters), dkr → "악" (1 character). Suggestions like this are very usual things on the Korean web ecosystem and are not easy to be implemented so libraries are developed. Chinese characters have more trobles. Typing tosinn (Japanese, indeed) on Google shows results for "都心", "トシン" and "東進" at the same time because these words are all be represented as tosinn.

Oops, I forgot the issue. Even though that was told me at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T235938#5592510
I have fixed the code by changing our Terraform code(https://github.com/femiwiki/infra/commit/a04c5c0). Can I ask you to retry?

The really weird thing is just editing $wgServer to "http://localhost:8080" after installing makes some paths inaccessible by breaking redirects, but API requests succeed.
