sms needs to be configured to the backend also as supported language. For quick testing defining via wmgExtraLanguageNames or wgExtraLanguageNames is fastest.
Zache added a comment to T209224: Analyze effect of huwiki FlaggedRevs configuration change on problematic edits and new user retention.
I updated the flagged revs reviews stats graphs and fiwiki as reference.
btw, there is already wbTermsLanguages variable in mw.config.get() variables initialized in WikibaseMediaInfoHooks.php which contains languages supported by the backend. Not sure though if it is gonna be deprecated as it seems not to be in use anymore.

Heikki Kastemaa, Kulttuurinavigaattori, was a resident at The Finno-African culture center Villa Karo in Grand-Popo, Benin from December 4 2017 to January 20 2018 presenting and promoting Wikipedia. After that Heikki has followed Wikipedia usage related Africa to that and made presentations about it so this would be support material for that. Most likely we would also write a blog post related Benin elections with larger open society focus than just Wikipedia shutdown. There is three basic setups. First two are traditional show latest / stable version by default which means that if revision needs to be reviewed before it is show to anonymous reader by default. This default setting is for whole namespace. Reader can always choose to read latest revision and administrators can toggle between latest / stable case by case. If latest version is shown as default then Flagged revs is mainly used as review manager AND for protecting pages.

Fiwiki has FR enabled and it's Flagged revs test pages can be used as for testing. If testing is limited to those those pages I think that it can be done without bot flag and you can ask Flagged Revs permissions for reviewing/unreviewing pages from me (Zache) or if you need stabilization permissions then you can ask those from byrocrat @Ejs-80 . Just reading of review status of the page doesn't need any special permission.
Just linking related ticket T218278 . There are in comments links to stabilizerbot which is bot implementation for this and to Cirdans kokolores repo for the same idea.

My suggestion is that because it is almost April the testing period would be a full year (365 days) if it is not a problem for huwiki community and then revert the change. This would make the results of the test more useful to others. This, of course, requires support from huwiki community.

@Halfak btw. there is already slowly ongoing second campaign which we could try to finalize it meets the requirements: https://labels.wmflabs.org/stats/fiwiki/
Damaging model is better than in summer 2017 (before flagged revs data) and it is useful. This is mostly because it gives more stable results (ie bad edits get a higher number than good and numbers are predictable) However, it is weighted so that pretty much values >0.1 means bad edit which I suppose is not on purpose. Nonetheless, it is better now.

This should be confirmed, but my guess is that log_type "review" have always missed the keynames, but the log_action "autopatrol" which was triggered by review action had it. Would be nice if this would be fixed though.
Btw. By disabling the logging we lose the ability do stats/graphs how much of the edits were patrolled/autopatrolled/not patrolled if needed outside of the 30 days recentchanges table window.

@Liridon In Finnish Wikipedia we have a bot which retroactively approves the edits after the bot flag or autoreview flag is added. We have also a ORES support so it can approve the edits based on that, but I think that using ORES to detect who should be added to autoreviewed usergroup is the main thing for us.

Zache added a comment to T179859: Finnish wiki says "invalid wikicode" for lang-switched SVG, for no obvious reason.
Reason for the |lang=fi is that the filter doesn't match to change but to the full content of the page. Eg the concept is that if there is visible wikicode to the reader then the filter will trigger. However the reason for the visible wikicode doesn't need to be the edit, but the error can already be in the article.
Zache added a comment to T179859: Finnish wiki says "invalid wikicode" for lang-switched SVG, for no obvious reason.
@Perhelion The relevant (local) abuse filter (61) seems still imperfect and in the beginners' phase.
Zache added a comment to T179859: Finnish wiki says "invalid wikicode" for lang-switched SVG, for no obvious reason.
Hi, the triggering filter is abuse filter 61 and it tries match if there is "{{{", "}}}" , "[[", "]]" strings in the article. It is triggering pretty easily but it has not caused any visible problems because it is tagging only and it helps to pick up the problematic edits.

@Yurik In example there is old borders in OSM version history and there is borders where we know that they will be obsoleted because some reason. In example in Finland there is couple municipal mergers per year which effects to the boundaries. Anyway it doesn't need to be 1:1 reuse but if you are doing derivative work based on OSM data then OSM licence matters.
Second real life use case wast that in WLM we had ~1500 RKY area's which borders are under CC-BY (by default). However for WLM we got borders only to some samples under CC0.
