I'd like to be able to manage my own personal project again: User-MarcoAurelio however the project settings are locked to acl*Project-Admins and few other groups. Until October 16, 2020 I was a member of that ACL which naturally allowed me to manage that and other projects. I'd like to request, at Phabricator admin discretion to either re-add me to acl*Project-Admins or that the personal project settings be modified to allow me to manage it. I'd prefer to be back in the ACL as I could take on again Project-Admins and Projects-Cleanup tasks as before if people is fine with that. Thank you.
I'm going to set this task as Stalled as there are some open questions that prevent this task going fully forward, unless adding an incomplete linktrail without ѣӱô is an option? I'll try to contact @Engelseziekte on-wiki as well.

The specific configuration for ky.wikipedia is now deployed and live over there. The rest of the translations will take a bit more time to be available as they depend on the so called MediaWiki train. If everything goes okay, they should be visible on or about 15 June 2022.
Hello @Niharika. What's your opinion regarding @TheresNoTime proposal to use bureaucrat instead of sysop for the extension default? Thanks.
I can take care of these. Tagged additional extensions.

Removed Policy-Admins from acl*blog-admins. Only members in acl*phabricator are now allowed to edit the project (and add/remove members AIUI given that the project is set to be joinable by No One). Diff: previous settings, current settings.

I'm adding some info about this new user group on Meta-Wiki (Wikidata item) just in case people wonders what is this about.
Deployed for officewiki only as requested.
@sbassett I think we could determine an initial set of trial wikis by actually looking at some global filters designed to stop spam, and add the top 10-ish wikis with the most filter hits for a period of e.g. 90 days. If my query at https://quarry.wmcloud.org/query/64424 for AF no. 72 is correct, I'd say we can safely add some of these, excluding Wikidata and ptwiki or other "large" wikis for now.

ipinfo-view-log seems limited for those with CU-log access per T307164. Given that global sysops/rollbackers do not sign any NDA, maybe this should not be added unless Legal thinks otherwise. Strike per rOMWC9886463a1fba: Add IPInfo viewing rights for certain groups; sysops have it too but it looks like this is not intended per T307164#7963866.

Remove the group from Echo's extension.json and leave permission unassigned by default. Since you have to manually enable push notification support, sysadmins who enable it can configure the group then.

Apologies from me now. I forgot I removed myself from acl*Project-Admins a while ago so I no longer can create projects.
In T307136#7889308, @Jasonkhanlar wrote:Oops! I am sorry for removing @MarcoAurelio as assignee of this task! That was not intentional! I think it happened because I was editing at same time as assigned. My apologies!
Re-adding status, assignee and subtype.
Hello @Jasonkhanlar - I am happy to create a Component project for you if you're willing to use Phabricator for bug tracking re extension PhotoSwipe.

Assigning as I boldly uploaded a patch for this. I can take care of scheduling it for deployment but I'd be more confortable doing so if at least one or two more +1s are added to the patch.

I've also seen some files using а-я to I guess cover all Cyrillic. Maybe the sytax could be shortened by:

Well, I should've known there was a template which answers all these questions.
Thanks @Reedy. https://translatewiki.net/wiki/MediaWiki:Logentry-oath-disable-other/qqq should be updated. I can do it later if no one else has managed to do so by then.
Checking Rusyn language#Alphabet on Wikipedia, it would appear that the correct link trail should be:

@Zabe Also on wmf-supportsafety local group at Meta.
Excluding i18n files, the code is used on CentralAuth, MediaWiki-Vagrant and the WMF-config files: https://codesearch.wmcloud.org/search/?q=centralauth-oversight&i=nope&files=&excludeFiles=i18n%2F&repos= so if this happens, it needs to be coordinated.

New and returning stewards: please make sure you read https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/Help/Two-factor_Authentication_Resets because Phab MFA does not offer any recovery method and extra precautions are not going to hurt.

Per T286513#7206964 and T286513#7207021 I suggest to close as declined. There's no point in spending time and resources in deploying a no-op.
Would it be possible to have it as a JSON page?
