@Cormac - I added the task to T341839: [QA task] IP masking - temp users testing in production, so it could be closed as Resolved.
Thanks, @Cyndymediawiksim! All works as expected - I added "skipDashboardListing": true to CommunityConfigurationExample - "CCExample background color" is not displayed:
"skipDashboardListing": false will bring "CCExample background color"
All links are correct on beta - moving to Test in Production.

Checked on eswiki wmf.2 (and checked Grafana board) - all looks back to normal
Checked on testwiki wmf.2 - works as expected: https://test.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki%3AGrowthMentors.json&diff=593936&oldid=593935
Note: The issue is reproducible on mobile
- when Special:CreateAccount is accessed by a non-logged user
- when a user is on Special:UserLogin
Based on the issue description, it seems that the popup would appear for users who enable Homepage after they made some edits during previous 60 days
The another way to reproduce it:

Thank you, @Sgs for the review and your replies! I re-check #4 and #5 when the patches get merged.

@Cyndymediawiksim - to test should I try to add some providers to extension.json? And where (in what json file) can I see which providers are present now?
@Sgs - the namespace selectors are not present in any module on eswiki beta Communityconfiguration. Is there any way to check it locally? Or it'd be visible in betalabs soon?
@Zache - thank you for providing additional steps for the issue!
I re-checked on commons wmf.1 - clicking "Remove all" has its own confirmation popup:
Checked in eswiki beta - the fix is in place; added as a test case to T362728: [QA task] Community Configuration - testing in production

The issue is fixed in betalabs - https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki%3AGrowthMentors.json&diff=618996&oldid=618910

Checked group 2 - no issue. The logstash also doesn't report the issue anywhere except testwiki wmf.1
@ecarg -you're right - the overall state of the language selector has been improved. I re-checked the reported cases in the task description. Below is the summary of the current state:
✅ DONE (1)** The language codes are recognized now (checked on wikifunctions beta and wikifunctions wmf.1) and the matching language will be the top suggestion. Also, there are more information added to the suggestions - the language code, a description, e.g. Natural language or some info on the lang script if the matching search result is found: e.g. Devangari script. That improves user experience in selecting the language they intend to add/select.

Checked in eswiki beta - the following notes are for @JFernandez-WMF review :
Tue, Apr 16
Added as a reference to T362728: [QA task] Community Configuration - testing in production .
The scope of the task is to enable CommunityConfiguration on eswiki beta - is Done.
The current beta has "communityconfiguration-editor-client-file-bug": "If the problem persists consider [$1 filling an issue] in the bug reporting tool."
@Urbanecm_WMF - I'm not seeing CommunityConfiguration channel in beta logstash. The errors from extensions/CommunityConfiguratio are properly logged in exception channel, e.g. https://beta-logs.wmcloud.org/goto/a74f0e2c04c2793da09310c70a0ce7ed .

@Urbanecm_WMF - I agree with closing the task.
At this point, it doesn't matter whether a user is admin or not (or even is logged in), since the functionality is pending T360919.
Checked on commons wmf.26 - the arrows look as expected:

Following the steps in the last comment from @Tacsipacsi on https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/CommunityConfiguration/+/1011094 - I got the following warning:
Checked in eswiki betalabs - works as expected (the test cases are added to
- Special:CommuityConfigurationDashboard and other invalid pages - not listed in the search suggestions and No such special page is displayed
- Special:EditGrowthConfig - redirects to Special:CommuityConfiguration
- eswiki beta Special:SpecialPages does not list Special:EditGrowthConfigpage, but Special:CommunityConfiguration is not listed either

Checked in testwiki wmf. 25 - all seem to be fixed; checked the mobile too.
from the task description video | testwiki wmf.25 |

- The settings view of the new dashboard module is overlapping other elements of the screen. | ✅ Fixed |
- In the notifications frequency drop-down, is not possible to view correctly all the options, depending on the size of the window you can see all of them, none of them or just a few of them. | ✅ Fixed - the drop-down menu option are always visible; if it's close to the bottom of the page, the menu's options will open up. |

Thank you for testing, @Tacsipacsi! I added your comments in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T354463#9674654 to T361324: [QA task] Community Configuration UI evaluation . That task is for having one place for me to keep track of all UI issues found during testing.
Thx @Sgs for the comment above! I added the cases for invalid input in T361324 (as #1) - they are relatively minor, i.e not disrupting or impacting the functionality. I've reviewed the scope of this task (User story and Developer story) - the scope is done, as for a MVP. The provider part was checked locally (e.g. for an invalid).

@Cthugha0111 - the count of pageviews in the Impact module follows the current counting logic. In short, the count summarizes only the last 60 days. . More details are in this comment - https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T313176#8096641)
To summarize
- The title Your recent activity (last 60 days) also refers to the counting page views on articles that you edited.
- The count of the page views starts from a user's last edit on an article.
