Description

This ticket involves the work of making it possible to navigate directly from an edit that appears within`Special:Contributions` to the conversation said edit appears within.

Story

As someone who is accustomed to using Special:Contributions to navigate back to "places" I've contributed to in the past, I'd value being able to navigate directly from an edit that appears within Special:Contributions/PPelberg_(WMF) to the conversation said edit appears within, so that I can revisit conversations I previously commented in with minimal effort.
