With the patches:

• any task type can be disabled by wiki admins

• if a task type has been disabled via central (PHP) configuration, it won't show up on the special page
• if link recommendations are partially disabled ($wgGELinkRecommendationsFrontendEnabled), a notice is shown

GT gets better day by day it seems. Yes, that was my intention. I even had a small chat with P.T.Đ at the very end of the page about what to do if the third condition comes out technically impossible. Hey @aborrero, i'm only now reading the whole section about increasing CPU and memory usage using the webservice command, so i'll try that first and raise memory to 4 and maybe 8GB. If i still get out of memory errors i'll post a message here again.

I had to rollback as the new Host validation in openrefine 3.5 broke it with the current settings. I'm not quite sure what best to do here, since we're already proxying it through the jupyter server we could disable the validation. But I think I'll set it up to have the proper value in the next few days.
