Description

T282638 and T298055 introduce the set of Talk Pages Project features [i] on mobile, at an initial set of partner wikis.

This task represents the work of scaling these features to all wikis on mobile.

What’s the difference between this task and T295100? For me, they look the same; “offer” and “deploy” have no difference in this context, do they?
