Hi @Andrew thank you. I now have set up 2FA, and logged in to horizon, but ircwebchat is not listed (only bastion and tools); is it the correct place to get started? How do I have access?

@Aklapper please see updated description. Is it ok?

Right now this sounds like either a "laptop in the cloud" or an "umbrella" project, both of which are discouraged by https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Cloud_VPS_project#Reviews_of_Cloud_VPS_Project_requests. Can the scope be made more clear? Is hosting a MediaWiki instance for testing <<something>> the primary purpose for requesting a Cloud VPS project?
Currently developed software (known to me):

It says incorrect username or password when I would like to authenticate as host. Where do users register?

@akosiaris Thank you for volunteering with this task. Are you still interested? How has the situation changed in the last two years?

Yes, lists.wikimedia.org, login is required to change preferences or view archives.

@Aklapper it is different in that I would prefer the notifications to be displayed on the web page without sending out a push notification.

@Nemo_bis I reckon it would be more useful to have the search box within the wiki itself, not as an external tool?

Thanks, I guess for multiple images the gadget could export to bibtex or similar. I will follow it up with them.
Hello @Aklapper and thank you for your assessment.

Hi all,
May 24 2018
Someone suggested that search.wikimedia.org, which is an API endpoint, should do something better than give an error at the top level—offer a search box, roll over to the Wikipedia portal—something useful.

Thanks. I've updated the translation. It now begins with a sentence that means "WMF are suggesting to install the Page Assessments extension at our wiki". Do we have a link that supports this statement, or would a link to this phabricator ticket be sufficient?

I also have a question about content of the message-

The file name filter works nicely thank you. Knowing of this makes this tool much more useful indeed. :-)
@TheDJ this is an interactive website. It is difficult to navigate and is not a substitute for good documentation. Do not think it would be an efficient use of contributors' time. Instead what I would expect to see is a tutorial showing how to create simple (2-3 line) plots and then build on it to add more complicated features. This would allow the relevant wikis to unleash the full potential of the graphs extension more easily.

Jumping out of context here, but it could be nice to have the new site multi-lingual unlike what https://wikimedia.github.io/WikimediaUI-Style-Guide/ currently is. It is powered by jekyll which has a localization plugin.
