Change 535966 had a related patch set uploaded (by Dzahn; owner: Dzahn):
[operations/puppet@production] mariadb::ferm_misc: allow connections from gerrit1001
Change 535965 had a related patch set uploaded (by Dzahn; owner: Dzahn):
[operations/puppet@production] ci: allow ssh to new gerrit server gerrit1001
Change 535964 had a related patch set uploaded (by Dzahn; owner: Dzahn):
[operations/puppet@production] gerrit: allow connections from gerrit1001
The additional steps needed before this can be switched to active are tracked in the parent task T222391.
Change 535962 had a related patch set uploaded (by Dzahn; owner: Dzahn):
[operations/puppet@production] acme_chief: add gerrit1001 as authorized host for gerrit certs
@Reedy The tasks are now tagged as Password-Reset-Update. Thanks!
I kinda wish we could do this without reinventing the wheel (ie a separate version of SpecialMWOAuthManageMyGrants)
Well, I'm glad someone is planning to work on it :)
Change 535956 merged by jenkins-bot:
[mediawiki/services/parsoid@master] Another place to workaround T232556
Not impossible, "just" needs some code tweaking to use jobs rather than direct manipulation.
This is back to much better values as of 16:50 UTC for codfw and 18:40 for eqiad. Still higher than before the main increase though.
From SAL it matches:
16:39 urandom: decommissioning Cassandra, restbase1018-a -- T224553
18:43 urandom: decommissioning Cassandra, restbase1018-b -- T224553

[mediawiki/extensions/MobileFrontend@master] SourceEditorOverlay: Fix CSS class name error → errorbox
Adding Nuria as requested on Analytics access requests.
I don't know if it's a better idea; it's more that I don't believe that the proposal really solves a problem.
If text is displayed in a proportional font, then
iiiiiliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiil
with 25 letters may take less horizontal space than
wmmmmmwm
with 8 characters (to use an extreme for better illustration). :)
Is this about running the refreshImageMetadata.php script? As of 2017 it was considered impossible: T32961
@srishakatux: What's your LDAP user name? See https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Production_shell_access#Additional_permissions_for_existing_users for required data
@thcipriani, @hashar, @LarsWirzenius, @zeljkofilipin, @brennen see the updated description for my summary.
Change 535960 had a related patch set uploaded (by Jdlrobson; owner: Jdlrobson):
[mediawiki/extensions/MobileFrontend@master] Restore arrows to ImageCarousel
@Jpita let me clarify what you should look after in next release.
Change 535765 merged by jenkins-bot:
[wikimedia/fundraising/crm@master] Remove our target smart import processor - it's upstreamed
Thanks. I've rephrased the project description slightly ("we"; "For this project...") as the first sentence is shown in the Phab project search.
@Jdlrobson The height of that header has not changed, so I don't think that's because of these changes. It might be caused by the icon changes from T229440.
@AlexisJazz: For future reference, please set the Wikimedia-Site-requests project tag when a request is about settings / configuration of a Wikimedia website. See https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requesting_wiki_configuration_changes for more information. Thanks!
@CCogdill_WMF we determined that it only takes 3 minutes longer at our end with these fields vs without so we are going to leave them in our nightly exports
Yes please - can you confirm it's still a thing today

Yes, it has the same pattern, with the only differences in the code and actions.
Given that this still appears to be the most recent spambot attack task, I thought I'd provide a small update here. I wrote some python that generates basic stats on new account creations and whether or not IPs associated with those users (as found within logstash) appear within StopForumSpam's various black lists. Here are some of the results for some of the recent, affected projects (e.g. T227416#5348535 etc):
Here's a perhaps surprising place to see it in action:
Change 535936 merged by Dzahn:
[operations/puppet@production] ATS: switch releases-jenkins to TLS
This appears to have caused a minor regression in the search overlay - the vertical padding is off. It looks like a padding-top: 3em needs updating
I've filed subtasks for each affected extension, I think it's annoying to tag a single task with half a dozen different projects. I'm not sure what the project should be though.
Hi Mariana,
Change 535941 merged by Dzahn:
[operations/puppet@production] add certificate for mwmaint servers
