@Esanders, Izno's problem is going to drive me nuts. When there's an exact match, it needs to use that exact match, and not suggest something longer. If I've typed r, and the options it finds are 35 instances of r and one of Re-ping in my last 200 edit summaries, then it should definitely be suggesting r and not the other longer one.

Can we have a way to delete misspelled sentences? Thanks!
I'm not sure that it's fair to make Peter evaluate this. The core goal here is all pre-Peter:
Improving mobile editing may need to be done for many years, but the next stage can have separate tasks.
I think we're creating a new set of asks for the Toolbar Improvements work.

Doesn't "all remaining wikis" mean something closer to 800 (not 200)?

If you'd like a story about content creation, then the new Events Dashboard might be able to calculate participation.

Ed, I realize that I'm just whingeing here, but I need this again, in the opposite direction. I've got links in a spreadsheet that I need to be links in a list. Or just plain 'paragraphs' of links. Just definitely not a table, and without losing the links (which is what all of the "remove formatting" options seem to do).
@Yuriy_kosygin has suggested at the English Wikivoyage that this should be the default gallery mode for most mobile/smartphone readers. It sounds like a reasonable approach (swipe through the images, rather than seeing tiny/illegible thumbs).

Could someone please remind the nice folks at Phacility that "Ignore Conflict" should actually ignore timezone conflicts? That is, it should ALWAYS ignore the timezone conflicts, and not have to be repeatedly told to ignore the conflict over and over. "Repeatedly telling" ≠ "ignoring".

This feature is not currently available for private wikis. Were you editing on a third-party wiki?

Thanks for the quick reply, Deryck. I think that the first useful thing that you can do is to try the visual editor on a mobile device, using mobile site. (Find a phone or tablet, go to the mobile site, log in, open the wikitext editor, and switch to the visual editor mode in the toolbar, and try to improve the article.) That'll give you a feel for what it can and can't do right now. Anything that's bad/awkward/broken can be reported here. @dchan is the best person to ping if you have problems with normal typing.
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/VisualEditor/Portal/Keyboard_shortcuts has a list, but I'm not sure that it's 100% current.
At the request of the team, I've also contacted @deryckchan about the possibility of involving the Cantonese Wikipedia.
I'll post a note, and I'll ping you in it, so you'll see it the next time you're on wiki.
The first project was identified and is being built. It will be ready for testing "soon", but I think that handling feedback could be under a separate task.

@Romaine, thank you for filing this. I have read the linked discussion. Romaine made this suggestion two weeks ago. There was no opposition, and several people agreed. I believe that this is ready to implement as soon as possible.
