I believe this is intended performance under Vector.

I don't think that's correct. Internal links seem to be colored as #002BB8, and interproject links as #36b.

Sorry, you're right. Depends on 37902 to resolve.

Setting back to new, can't/shouldn't be actively worked on itself. Will resolve itself once bug 37902 is resolved.

Updating this; since bug 37901 was fixed, the colour is now correct, but they're being marked as full external links, with icon as well.
